Court Announces Courtroom Relocations
The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus, announces the relocation of two judicial courtrooms at the Modesto courthouse, effective Monday, June 8, 2026.
- Judge Mumford will relocate to Department 7.
- Judge Kellee Westbrook will relocate to Department 9.
There are no changes to case assignments associated with this move. Judge Mumford will continue to preside over his assigned felony calendar, and Judge Westbrook will continue to hear misdemeanor matters.
Court users and justice partners are encouraged to take note of the updated courtroom locations when appearing for scheduled hearings. More information about the location of upcoming court dates can be found online at https://www.stanislaus.courts.ca.gov/online-services/court-calendar/criminal-calendar or https://stanportal.stanct.org/. You may also refer to the monitors in the lobby of Modesto Main Courthouse or request assistance in Room 140 (First Floor).
